4. Refunds & Returns

We offer a strict 12-hour refund window after the order is placed.
After that time, all orders are final as they move into production.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary by location and product type, but most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
COD Blanks is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs once the product leaves our hands.
