At COD Blanks, every blanket is handmade with care and produced on demand for each customer. Because of this, we have a strict refund policy:

⏳ Refund Window
Refunds are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.

🚫 After 12 Hours
Once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund your order under any circumstances.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@codblanks.com with clear photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.
